Vladimir Popovkin had many different hairstyles during his lifetime. He reached fame as an excellent engineer and military personnel. Nevertheless, the retired Russian general and former head of the federal space agency Roscosmos was particularly known for his remarkable looks and his pleasant character. Before his tragic death at the age of 57 he was again and again in the spotlight of magazines and tabloids due to his exceptionally hairstyles.
